Returns and Refunds

  1. All return requests needs to be applied by contacting our customer support ( Email : info@sihihulikhara.com / Whatsapp: +918660961838 )

  2. Returns will be accepted only on valid reasons ( damaged products, conditions that our customer support feels valid ) in the above case replacement product will be shipped

  3. Shipping costs for replacements will be handled by us, if necessary the customer has to return back the old product when the new product is delivered

  4. All refund requests should get approval from customer support, the mode of refund will be clarified in the same discussion 

  5. Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days
